In the month of February, we were contacted about 9 abandoned rabbits & we received 99 surrender requests.
Take comfort and pride in knowing that our volunteers are working every day to save as many as we can. Limited resources for shelters and rescues are not the problem– abandoning, neglecting, and abusing animals is the problem.
Please spread the word to everyone you know that pet ownership is a big commitment and that adoption is THE WAY to go.
